The Road Surface Treatment Association (RSTA)

We rebranded RSTA with a fresh new identity and website, helping them advocate for innovation and excellence across the highways and road maintenance industries.
Overview:
As the industry body for road surface maintenance, RSTA needed a modern platform to better serve its members and communicate its guidance, training, and events. We designed and built a user-friendly site with a dedicated members area, online course booking with payment integration, and access to best practice resources. The site also supports their annual conference via an integrated event platform. Since launch, visitor numbers have grown by over 300% and course attendance has doubled — a testament to how strong design can drive engagement.

“Thynne Creative’s liaison to ensure they delivered what we wanted from the website was excellent, and our new site — designed to be easily navigated by users of both PCs and smartphones — was successfully delivered on time. Since launch, visitors and downloads have increased by over 300%. Course bookings are up 200%, with users especially appreciating the instant email confirmation system.”
