The Road Surface Treatment Association (RSTA)

The RSTA is the focal point for the road surface maintenance industry, offering guidance and support to their members, including training courses and qualifications. Their old website was outdated and basic and as such we were briefed to design, develop, build and maintain a new website, ensuring all the information was easy to understand and navigate.
The site included a dedicated members area and a bookable course section with payment gateway. It also offered membership information, industry best practice and guidance, downloadable resources and news. A passworded members area was created with additional exclusive downloadable content and a facility to book and pay for courses and events. We also integrated an events hosting platform to promote the RSTA’s annual conference. The new site increased visitor numbers by more than 300% and course delegate numbers by 200%.
