Walker Foster supports individuals and businesses from offices across Yorkshire and the North West. One of our first jobs was to clarify those two audiences, helping each one quickly understand how the firm can help and find the information that matters to them.
We started by shaping a clearer brand message that reflects what Walker Foster does best: providing trusted, straightforward legal advice with a genuinely personal level of service.
We then updated the visual identity to bring more warmth, confidence and consistency to the brand, while keeping the professionalism and heritage people already associate with Walker Foster.
Alongside the brand work, we developed a joined-up marketing plan with tailored messages and touchpoints for individual and business clients. We also created new brand guidelines to help internal and external teams use the identity, messaging and tone of voice consistently.
The team has already started rolling out the refreshed brand across event materials, brochures, advertising, internal documents and branded templates.
