Website support after launch matters just as much as the work that gets a new site over the line.
We don’t simply hand over the keys and wish our clients good luck. Once a website goes live, we sit down with the team, show them how everything works and make sure they feel confident managing it themselves.
That includes updating pages, adding content and handling the everyday jobs that keep the website useful and up to date. We also answer all the questions along the way — and there really are no daft ones.
We build websites to last, so our clients shouldn’t need to call a developer every time they want to change a sentence or add a new image. Good training gives people the confidence to use their website properly and get more value from it over time.
Of course, support doesn’t end once the training session finishes. We stay at the end of the phone when clients need advice, maintenance or help with the next stage of their website.
Many of the businesses we work with have stayed with us for years. Not because they have to, but because we’ve built trusted working relationships and continue to support them as their needs change.
Launching a website isn’t the finish line. It’s the starting point.
