Life science website design needs to make complex ideas feel clear, and that was a big part of our work with Coretech Sciences. The website design became the starting point for a wider piece of brand and creative work for one of the brilliant early-stage life science and technology businesses we support through our collaboration with Northern Gritstone.
We began by updating the Coretech logo, giving the identity a cleaner and more confident feel while keeping it recognisable.
From there, we created video content and designed and built a new WordPress website. The new site is straightforward to use, easy for the Coretech team to update and, most importantly, helps explain a complex bit of science without making it feel complicated.
Coretech’s platform works a bit like autopilot for a lab. It runs experiments, learns from the results and helps scientists find the best way to produce a molecule.
We also carried the refreshed identity across stationery, social media graphics and event materials, including advertising banners.
It’s been a cracking project to work on and a real pleasure to support such a clever, down-to-earth team.
